Ok, I totally feel like I'm losing it today. SO many darn frustrations that are just driving me crazy. First, foremost, and MOST DAMN IMPORTANT is the fact that I am running a 1/2 marathon in February and feel no where NEAR being ready. The few months I was "out of comission" really SCREWED me up and it makes me so mad!!!! I was running atleast 5 miles everyday and now it's only around 2-3. Yeah, that's not going to get me ready for a 13.1 mile race! HELLO!!! So what the crap is going on???!!! Secondly, I've got ANOTHER yeast infection...yes, yes, I know it's gross...but it's definitely on the top part of my frustration list, seeing as how this is the 4th month in a row that I've gotten one. UGH!!!! KILL ME NOW!!!! Lastly, I'm TIRED OF MESSES!!!! My house is a constant disaster area because my cute, loving, sweet, innocent little boy won't leave ANYTHING alone....ESPECIALLY the fake tree in the living room...which I keep finding either tipped over, or the "fake" grass stuff ALL OVER THE STINKING FLOOR!!!!!
Yikes, so there's my sob story. Hmm....the BEST part about today so far is that My hubby is home EARLY!!!! Yay for me!!!!

Looks like we are in the same "funk" boat, eh? Yeast...again? What THE?! Did you try the probiotics yet? Where is OUR LIFE TAKING US I ask??!!! Just enjoy..the moments...of...our sweet chillin. ahhh. Who am I?
Sounds like the pits on all accounts. Sorry doesn't cut it from me, but I send my sympathies nonetheless. Good luck training for the half marathon, you are a rock star and will be breezing through 5-13 miles in no time. You still have 3 months! Go Niss!
I think all this has something to do with last week's full moon or something. A big giant full moon FUNK in which we are ALL still stuck...
I realize that 3 miles isn't the same as 5 isn't the same as 13.1...but, I can hardly run the .1, and certainly no more than that. So compared to me you're kinda lucky.
And our boys must be in similar phases. I wish I could tell you it will end in the next few months, but I'm afraid it won't. Does yours push buttons as well as make messes? You know, tv, remote, DVD, VCR, computer, any freaking button in existence??? GAAAAA!!! Maddening.
K, I totally empathize with the frustrations of cute, naughty, little boys. He is totally obsessed with anything grass-like, including carpet, and is constantly "pulling" it. RRRgggg! Last week I finally installed safety locks on the cabinets. It only took two days for him to figure them out. And yes to Miranda, today I had him with me at my eye-doctor appointment (I know, I didn't WANT to take him with me, it's how it ended up) and he turned off the computer in the exam room. I felt awesome.
So, come look at my house, then you'll feel better about yours! :)
Cute Blog!! Sucky day! Sorry. It could be worse - you could be impregnated with another boy!! YIKES!! Try eating a yogurt a day for the infection - sucks - been there done that!!
P.S. Side note - it was great to see you at the reunion picnic - you look GREAT!! Skinny Minnie
