What I've Been Up To....

  • growing a cute babe
  • enjoying the hormones and crankiness that come out while being pregnant
  • wearing stretchy pants
  • wearing the "pregnancy mask" NOT FUN!! I had this with Walker a little bit, but it's really bad this time...very sad..makes me VERY self conscious:(
  • realizing I am very unprepared for this baby's arrival!
  • walking 3-4 miles a day and doing prego yoga
  • eating, eating, eating
  • loving that walker transitioned HIMSELF into a toddler bed ALL ON HIS OWN! Now the baby will atleast have somewhere to sleep!
  • reading, reading, reading breastfeeding books
  • napping
  • checking in with the midwife
  • learning to be a better mother and wife
  • thinking about the upcoming year and my goals
  • getting very excited to watch my dad in the Fiddler on the Roof play on Saturday
  • trying to figure out getting a garden for the backyard
  • receiving many backrubs from the cute hubby
  • wanting to go to the library SOON!
  • aching to take the family on a hike
Baby Update: Does my tummy look bigger to you then the last picture? It sure does to me!!! (oh and Yes, that is the same exact shirt...I dont have much to choose from these days!) I am officially 32 weeks and counting. Baby is only measuring 29 (not out of the ordinary for me), I weigh 117 pounds. I could very easily have this baby in about 4 weeks...all 3 of my kids were 2 to 3 weeks early so we will see what this little one has in mind. For me to deliver safely at home though, she has to atleast wait until I am 36 weeks. So I will gladly keep her in until then!!! Name for cute girl is not yet decided although my kids think it has been! ha! Names we are choosing between are Rylie Jane or Gracie Jane---the kids have all chosen Rylie, even Walker says (in his words), "baby rydie". We shall see!!!

Cute names either way, I will be excited to see who "wins" although you for sure get top dibs for growing the sweet girl.

You look great. I hope you have a great experience with your homebirth. I know a number of ladies from church who have had wonderful homebirth experiences. You'll do great.

I love this list! Oh my gosh. It's just hitting me that you are going to actually have a baby. Right? It's almost here!!! Oh my gosh. Doesn't time fly? Breastfeeding...try your best. It's great if you can, but fine if you can't. Remember that. Love you!

How fun your dad is in a play!!!! He is gonna do sooo good!!!!
I get the pregnancy mask too....I think I still have traces... hmm.
And I agree w/ Jenny about breastfeeding. I think it's best -but don't stress if it doesn't workout!

You do look bigger -but that is a good thing. You are so on the down hill from here. It will go by so much faster than you plan. Good luck!!!!
